I've had to deal with a few dealers in recent times and the general feeling/opinion I have had is that they can be a real pain to work with. But it was anything but that with Toyota of Watertown. I had heard good things about them and they didn't disappoint. I was indeed lucky to bump into Elkin Pereanez when I was there. It was a real pleasure working out this deal with Elkin. A very cheerful gentleman, he went out of the way to the way to follow-up my case even on his off day. Responding to my questions & queries & even re-negotiating the deal to bring down the price further. He even went further to come to office that same day to see through the delivery. All this with the same cheerfulness. He made it so easy for me. I've seen other places where people either don't respond just let others handle cases when it comes to their day off but Elkin has been wonderful in this regard. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience for me at Toyota of Watertown. More
