After searching for the perfect car for months I was skeptical about a lot of dealerships, but decided to give it one more go and drove over 30 miles to look at a car here. We were greeted by a very friendly and professional staff. The cars were nice and clean and I was accommodated around just what I was looking for. No haggle offers, no pushy suggestions. If I didn't find the car that "made my heart thump" as they put it, they offered to drive one to me to look at when it came in! Specifically, I was helped from beginning to end by the one and only Javier Padilla. He was patient and very genuine in helping me find the perfect car. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our experience and when it came time to pick up the one I chose he personally made sure everything was in good order from top to bottom. He was great. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to ask for him directly and I would refer this dealership to all my friends and family because of Javier’s service. The empathy was immediate. He encouraged us subtly to buy the car we wanted. He offered us many options. Elkin treated us like the most delicate flowers, and with patience, he answered each one of our hundred questions. A few days later we were picking up our stylish RAV4! Now, it is the beginning of an ecstatic adventure for a mom and her two daughters!. More

I purchased a used Toyota Sienna a while ago and I have been very pleased with the quality and care that I receive on my scheduled service visits. I recently had parts that needed replacing and a loaner car was provided until the parts were replaced without issue. I received follow up calls to keep me in the loop as to when my vehicle would be returned. I was very pleased and surprised to see my Sienna returned fully cleaned and looking and driving like new once again! Thank you Kamel ! ! More

Honest and accommodating to the max Kamel Khnaizir is wonderfully accommodating and gracious. I will always ask for him when I need service. I did not have time for a second opinion and they could have convinced me I needed body shop work but they did not. I so much appreciated their honesty and speedy attention to my car. On top of everything else they provided me with a loaner car and waived the $35 fee. I LOVE this dealership!! More

I had the fortune to meet Steven Skolnick. Amazing human being, rare gentleman, incredibly patient..he does the possible and the impossible things in order to satisfy the customer needs! Gotta be honest, I was not in rush to get the car and at the beginning I was planning to tour also other dealership to find the best price. But after talking with Steve I honestly didn't care anymore about looking for a better deal in another place, his manners and honesty won regardless of any other possible deal. (besides the fact that indeed he did give me a great deal!) I recommend him to everybody! THANK YOU Steve for everything! More
