Elkin Pereanez was my salesperson and he was fantastic! Even though they were very busy that day, I did not feel rushed to make a decision. Elkin was incredibly patient with my indecisiveness and didn't mind when I wanted to test drive a car more than once that day. He's also incredibly knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and helped me make the most informed decision, answering my questions honestly. I never felt pressured that I had to walk away with a signed deal that day! When I came to pick up my new car, Elkin made sure I was happy with everything and that I understood all the new features. It was a Saturday, which is busy, but by the end of the afternoon, I walked out with a limited edition Rav 4. The experience surpassed my expectations. We worked with salesman, Elkin Pereanez and sales manager, Ted Karakostas. There was no BS and no uncomfortable back and forth negotiations. No unexpected add on fees when we met with the finance manager, although they do offer some add-ons if you are so inclined to purchase them. I left with a great car and a great price. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to lease or buy a Toyota. More
