My sales person Steve Skolnick was really great with explaining all of the conditions and terms of my transaction. Because of his personality and care to get me the best deal possible I was convinced to purchase my 2015 RAV4. I am really sure that I made the right choice. I had to go to work on the morning that I went to purchase my vehicle, and Mr. Skolnick made sure that exceptions were made when my paperwork was being processed so that I could have gotten to work on time. He extended great hospitality to my daughter and I making sure that at 7:35 a.m. on the morning of the purchase we had something to eat and drink by offering us Muffins and tea. Steve Skolnick greeted me and quickly he appraised my needs, focusing in on what I wanted in a new car. He went over different options, but remained focused on getting me nothing more or less than what I wanted in a car. He wasn't pushy nor did he try to fast talk me into anything. From the time I walked in to the time I signed paperwork took less than 2hrs. Although the car was not in stock, Steve is working to get me a car on a faster timeline than the one due to arrive at the end of July. Overall, a great experience. More

We called on Friday and were given a fair quote for a big job (replacing a viscous coupling for our 2009 Rav 4.) Kamel said we could come in first thing the next morning (Saturday) to assess the problem. BTW, they also have Sunday service hours. Lucky for us the part was in house and we were able to get the job done right away. When we arrived, he met us at the door and immediately had the car taken into the shop. We were offered coffee and pastry in the large waiting room equipped with computer tables and large screen television. Kamel proposed a shuttle to the nearby Arsenal Mall. Right on schedule, the car was ready. The price was $100 less than we had been quoted at another dealer. Kamel had arranged for our car to be washed and vacuumed when we picked it up.
