I was very impressed with the knowledge and the level of customer service I was provided . Steve took all the stress away from working out a deal and made me feel very confortable buyind this car. When we went We purchased our 2nd Toyota in 09/2013, a Camry XLE hybrid from Toyota of Woburn. Our 1st Toyota was purchased from Toyota of Watertown. When we went to purchase a new one after 17 years, we didn't connect with the salesperson at Watertown and went to Woburn and got a great deal. Because of our history with Toyota of Watertown, specifically Kamel Khnaizir, we decided to continue to have our car serviced by the Watertown branch. Had Kamel been employed by Woburn, we would have kept our service with them. Kamel is who keeps us coming back to Watertown. You can purchase a car anywhere but you can't duplicate Kamel's superb customer service. He's a master at multi-tasking without ever making his customers feel neglected. As it turned out I really needed a subaru to deal with the ice in my neighborhood in the winter. HOWEVER if it were not for that I would have purchased from Elkin. He was extremely kind, trustworthy and helpful. He gave me an offer for a trade in price on my ford that was WELL below what I had even hoped, and was candid about everything: what I needed and did not need. I am a woman car purchaser and I have to say that i was impressed. We tend to get the worst attitude from care salesmen. So I wanted to put this out there: if you are a woman buyer and you are interested in Toyota, go see Elkin. More
