I had been to other dealerships in Boston and was often dissatisfied with how pushy the salespeople were and how little they actually adhered to my requests. It literally took Dimitri (aka James) less than 5 minutes to set me up with the car that I ultimately purchased. He respected my price point and did not pressure me into purchasing the car the very second he showed it to me which I GREATLY appreciated!!!He was excellent at following up when I contacted him and was just all around, the most personable and professional car salesman I met in my car search. Plus, I found that Watertown Toyota offered the best prices compared to their competitors. I actually saw a similar Nissan Versa of the same year and of a higher mileage going for a couple thousands of dollars more in another lot in Boston which was shocking and ridiculous. I am SO glad I actually listened to a friend who himself referred my husband and me to this dealership.
