Though we've tried various dealers and repair shops over the years, we've been servicing our cars at Toyota of Watertown consistently now for many years. And for the largest portion of that time I've always sought out Kamel Khnaizer to be my service advisor whenever I go in. Granted, the service advisors are friendly and helpful (actually, I've found all the staff to be), but Kamel is especially so. He's extremely knowledgeable about the Toyota product line and he brings that knowledge and his years of experience to every service engagement. I've never regretted following his advice, though I can indeed say I've regretted some of the times that I didn't!! If I'm even just going in for a simple oil change, Kamel will look at my service record and just ask general questions to see how the car is behaving. I've always appreciated that as a sign of someone who's taking the same interest in my vehicle as I do. I truly appreciate that. More

Excellent service, fast turnaround. I brought my truck to Watertown Toyota at noon on a Friday to deal with a recall, minor oil leak, broken antenna, and faulty door lock actuators. I came here as a last minute effort to I always get my 2010 Toyota Corolla serviced here. This is hands down the best dealership I have ever been to. I came here as a last minute effort to get my car serviced and they were the only ones that gave me a walk-in after calling about 3 other dealerships in the Greater Boston Area. After my initial visit and vehicle selection I returned to work with John, the business manager who handled my paperwork in complete and concise manner. After reviewing my vehicle with Steve I was on my way home, all within an hour. This vehicle if the fifth vehicle that has been purchased by my wife and I over the years.
