He answered every one of my questions, and didn't even bat an eyelash when I complained 'nobody sells new cars with Manual transmission anymore!'. What a champ! Unhappy I usually dont write reviews, but I really felt extremelly offended today! I waited 2 1/2 hrs. for my service to be completed. During that time I hear I usually dont write reviews, but I really felt extremelly offended today! I waited 2 1/2 hrs. for my service to be completed. During that time I heard how the car of the other customers where vacuumed and washed. However, mine was not and when I asked about it, the women at the front desk was really annoyed about my question. I decided to just leave without getting it done, but I was offended to be the only custumer in those 2 1/2 that gor such poor customer service. More

He returns phone calls quickly, provides solid info to make decisions and just takes care of his customers to make the whole process easier. I always bring my car here and to Kamel as the advisor who is just fantastic! I would highly recommend Kamel as a service advisor - he is easy to talk to about problems, is very knowledgeable, helpful, gets to good solutions for whatever the problem would be. I worked with Elkin Pereanez and he was incredibly patient and helpful, making sure I had all of the information, never pressuring me, and going over and above. He let me drive around 2 cars multiple times, showed me all of my options, and really listened to my needs and worked with me on price, upgrades, and anything else he could fit into my budget to get the best deal! Awesome Customer Service I got a flat tire very close to this location and thats how i ended up going to this place. As i was driving with my spare tire on I was calculating h I got a flat tire very close to this location and thats how i ended up going to this place. As i was driving with my spare tire on I was calculating how much would it cost to replace that tire. The best thing was i didn't realize i had replaced all 4 tires at another toyota location 5 months ago. Kamel Khnaizir informed me that these tires are still under warranty and will be replaced at no cost to me. Have been going here since then for my regular car servicing. Great place, very friendly people. I highly recommend going here for your car needs. More
