I was terrified I was going to be scammed, a lot of other places I stopped at felt borderline predatory, including managers that sat down and 'trapped' me for 45 minutes trying to get me to walk out that day with a car that met only a few of my needs (thank you Herb Chambers Honda for that). I'd had no appointment and was a walk-in with my girlfriend and had the good fortune to encounter Elkin. The entire process he made me feel at ease and explained the process, the dos/don'ts, made it clear that if I communicated my needs to him he'd make sure I got a car that I could drive away happy with. When I told him I wanted a day at least to think over any purchase, his reaction was how I knew he was a good guy. He didn't continue to try pressure me into a sale and that alone meant the world to me. I can't recommend him enough, I thought the experience would be worse than my root canal last year and instead it was pleasant and friendly. More

Very helpful sales team, with no pressure I contact the sales team about test driving a Rav4 Hybrid. Even after I told them I would only test drive because we need to buy our car in Canada (wh I contact the sales team about test driving a Rav4 Hybrid. They were excellent stewards of the Toyota brand overall and answered all of our questions about the car.
