Sales consultant, Elkin Pereanez came highly recommended from a close friend, so although I had almost decided on a car from another dealership, I decided to check out Toyota of Watertown. He couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating, and didn’t put on the high-pressure tactics I had experienced at some other dealerships. He answered all my (numerous) questions patiently and responded to any calls promptly and basically made me feel like a valued customer. In the end, I felt confident that I got a wonderful car for a great price. Finance Manager, Edwin Urena was also patient and helpful as I navigated this experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership and particularly Elkin if you are looking for a car. More

I sent him some documents electronically and he processed all the paperwork before I arrived a couple weeks later to sign everything. I give 5 stars for: 1) Competitive price, 2) Straightforward (i.e., not underhanded) negotiation (i.e., not tacking on charges afterwards), 3) Politeness of all staff I interacted with, and 4) Not dragging their feet and not keeping me there all day. He was very honest and friendly throughout the entire process! This was my first time buying a car and it was a great and very transparent experience! After getting it inspected at an external mechanic, the car was in perfect condition and Andrew was able to work with me to make sure everything I needed in my first car was accommodated for, even recommending the locally owned mechanic I saw for the inspection. And then he came up with just what we were looking for -- a base model 2016 Rav4 with only 1900 miles (no typo there)! We couldn't believe it. And when it came to negotiating the price, he was flexible ... so we left feeling that we had gotten a fair deal. Couldn't be happier.
