The best in the area for sales and service! I just leased my second car with Toyota of Watertown. I continue to be so impressed with everyone who works there. I have always had an amazing experi I just leased my second car with Toyota of Watertown. I continue to be so impressed with everyone who works there. I have always had an amazing experience with the service department. Crazy, but I actually look forward to bringing my car in and waiting while I get some work done in the spacious waiting area. Once I sent my 18 year old daughter in to have our 2006 Rav4 serviced and the service coordinator called me to tell me how delightful it was to work with her. What? who does that? Toyota of Watertown does. My first experience back in 2016 with the sales department was night and day from past car sales experiences with another local dealer. I kept looking for the scam. There was no scam! Only a friendly, very knowledgable, honest, caring sales person, Andrew Pelletier. No surprise when I went back last week to lease my next car, Andrew is now a sales manager. This time I had the pleasure of working with Sirewl Cooper-Cox. Sirewl is awesome!. He knew my budget and was very respectful and informative. His excitement and knowledge about the 2019 Rav4 got me excited. He was busy, but made it seem as if I was the only person he was dealing with. The whole process was quick and easy and he kept me updated every step of the way. I am now driving the most amazing car and was smiling through the whole process! I HIGLY recommend Toyota of Watertown! More

I work in the automotive industry in dealership, but always return to Toyota of Watertown to purchase my vehicles because of the way I’m treated. They take the time to explain everything and always find a way to get the deal done and fast. Steve Skolnik ihas been my salesman through all my purchases and is a pleasure to work with. The Sales Managers Alex or Manny were right there to make sure everything was going ok and the GM Adam always goes out of his way to thank me for my loyalty to them, but I thank them ... they always make it easy to keep going back. It is so easy to purchase a vehicle from Toyota of Watertown without any pressure.. Bottom line is, they make you feel like family. More
