Elkin and the Toyota of Watertown Team are Fantastic! I can't say enough good things about my most recent experience at Toyota in Watertown. I leased a 2019 RAV4 XSE which was a hard vehicle to find, but I can't say enough good things about my most recent experience at Toyota in Watertown. I leased a 2019 RAV4 XSE which was a hard vehicle to find, but they were able to get it for me quickly and at a great price. I was going back and forth with a few other local Toyota dealers to see what deals they could offer me, and I found that this location not only gave me the best deal on my car, but also offered the best service. I worked with Elkin Pereanez and he was excellent. Knew everything about the car, replied to calls and texts very quickly (and even on days when he wasn't working), and made me feel like he really cared about the quality of service he was offering me. I also had a great experience with the finance manager (forget his name - Manny?). Generally going into the back room to sign the documents and go over the financials of the deal is the worst part of the car buying process. For the first time I felt like I wasn't terribly pressured into any unnecessary add-ons for the car and found the manager to be helpful and seemed to care about my experience at the dealership. I will certainly be referring friends, family, and clients to Elkin and Toyota of Watertown and plan on returning for future vehicles. More

they lie They sold me a car they said they had in stock and when i went to pick up they told it was not in yet, why would they lie?
