Despite these negative experiences, I gave it one more shot and visited the Toyota of Watertown. I worked with Elkin Pereanez and within 2.5 hours I was an owner of a 2019 Camry! Elkin was incredibly friendly, transparent, and willing to work with me in terms of price and APR rates. My experience with Elkin was positive and surprisingly easy. Best car dealership I worked with Matias Bosich and have to say that this was the best salesperson I have ever worked with when buying a car. From the first moment of the I worked with Matias Bosich and have to say that this was the best salesperson I have ever worked with when buying a car. From the first moment of the sales meeting to driving away with my new car, Matias was there to make sure all went well. Matias made sure to keep in contact with me and was there to solve any problems that came up. He made buying a car a pleasure. Also, Manny Ferreira who works in the finance department, was also excellent. He gave me the best advice when figuring out the financing and we were able to come up with a very good deal. I purchased my first new car EVER at Toyota of Watertown in 2009 and that resulted in the development of an 11-year-relationship with my service manager, Paul Nguyen. Paul has always and continues to provide excellent service. I recently had to retire my 2009 (such a reliable car!) and decided to purchase a new car. Paul connected me to Elkin Pereanez and he made it SO EASY! I told him what I needed and what I could afford - no fuss or upsells, none of the sales stuff that intimate people - and he made it happen. Within 48 hours I had a brand new car, a 2020 Toyota Corolla, exactly the one I wanted down to the outside and interior colors! Kamel KHNAIZIR is the best. Kamel service advisor went out of the way to assist me by allowing me using my last free service inspite of 1000 miles above. Bruce and Rodney; stand clear of their up charges Horrible Rodney asked if I was white when informed of racial profiling. Bruce said nothing wrong with car then almost 1200 not even 12 hours later. They magically got the numbers down to 950 and can still go lower. Requested to have general manager reach out, Chuck was informed of that and still no call back. Over 45 mins I called to get an update and was told another family member was spoken with, well I had to explain I wasn’t with that family member and it’s MY VEHICLE. Again very very selective poor service. More
