I would like to recognize 3 people I interacted with throughout the process: Tom - The sales manager: who was super nice and helpful in finding out what is the best option to go with, making sure that I’m not buying something that I don’t need or won’t use but also I’m not missing out on an important feature. Ignacio - the salesman: who took care of the process and kept me up to date with every step and spent time explaining and showing me every single feature in the car and sent me several emails with explanatory step-by-step photos to clarify who to go to and the process when I have a service appointment, in addition to another email explaining all features for my reference. Sarkis - the customer relations manager: an extremely nice person who wraps up the whole experience with a discussion (in a questionnaire format) to make sure that you’ve been taken care of and that you’re satisfied. When Toyota released their details and began accepting deposits for the new 2020 Toyota Supra, I walked into Toyota of Watertown to place my deposit. I was kindly greeted by Steve Skolnick and his team. They took my deposit and placed the order for my car with the exact specifications that I requested. Steve was very up front regarding any details and pricing involved with ordering the vehicle. There was no need to haggle or deal with back and forth pricing. They work for the customer not the other way around, which in the world of car dealers is highly rare today. They made the whole process comfortable and not once did I feel stressed, anxious, or confused. After the order was placed, Steve and Sarkis Shamshoyan, would constantly send me updates and answer any questions I had about the vehicle in a very prompt manner. When the day came to pick up my vehicle, last Friday, I was greeted and treated like I was someone important. As if I was a family member. They honored everything initially promised and treated/prepped my car like it was their own. Taking meticulous care of it before I picked it up. The whole team here was wonderful to work with. Edwin in finance worked with me to make sure everything was to my liking. Alex Kazan ran around the dealership prepping and making sure any/all paperwork was taken care of promptly. Sarkis was amazing helping me with literally any/all questions/requests I had. The entire service team was wonderful to meet as well, as they took very good care of my car prior to pickup. Rodney the service manager was great to work with along with Sam who covered the car when I picked up.
