Due to some hold ups at the RMV that were completely out of Toyota of Watertown's control, there was a chance I wouldn't be able to receive the car before I moved across the country. After letting them know my tough situation, Adam and Manny immediately had several ideas to help me out and began working towards a solution. Within a couple hours, they had some fantastic proposals and after selecting one, I was able to come back in, sign and drive away just a day later. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful during both visits. The level of communication and turn around time was amazing, and I could not have asked for a better experience.
