The best purchase experience so far.. By far this has been the most pleasant & stress-free car buying experience we've had. This is our 2nd purchase from Toyota of Watertown & 3rd overall. We found this place very welcoming & they are eager to do business but not there just to force you into a new vehicle. We were very lucky to get Ignacio as our sales rep. He was simply amazing;a very calming presence. The best part was he let us take our time at every stage, never showed any urgency, never pushed us to decide on anything. We had set the timeline and he let us take decisions accordingly. We had gone around multiple places to get an idea/estimate and also for trade-in value for the older car (I had even mentioned this to him) and he was very confident in his abilities to give us the best deal. The best part was that in the end, the final negotiations took less than 15 mins & it felt very transparent. We felt it was a very good deal both for the new purchase and the trade-in. If need be, will definitely come back to Toyota of Watertown & get hold of Ignacio again :) More
