I went in to the dealership on Saturday looking for a Camry and took the vehicle on a test drive. The Sale Consultant was warm and friendly and knowledgeable and he was not pushy. He was able to answer all my questions accurately. We were always greeted at the door. The Salesman presented all the options for the model of interest to us, but he did not pressure us to buy the most expensive model. He honored our wishes. The entire experience was fine and compared very favorably with my eight other car buying experiences in my lifetime. I was happy that the entire team at the Watertown dealership was competent. I would have tried other dealerships if the Watertown one had not worked out. More

As soon as my husband and I entered Toyota of Watertown. We were greeted with a smiling friendly face of a young lady(dont' remember her name).WE went on Monday March 23rd. Offering us coffee, water and donuts. Then we met with Larry Kelleher who was also awesome. They informed us that they would take care of inspection, registration and that they would have the car ready ASAP. We let them know we were going out of town for the weekend so, we may have to pick up the following Monday. Throughout the week both men kept my husband and I informed of how the process was going. On Friday morning at we got a call from Fozi and then Larry letting us know the car was ready. We were already in New York. We let them know we would be there monday morning. Fozi and Larry were both there to greet us monday when we went to pick up the car. They both wished us lots of luck with the car. On Tuesday I recieved a call on my cell phone from Fozi. He just wanted to make sure everything was ok with the car. Now that is customer service. I would without a doubt forward my friends to Toyota of Watertown. I know in the future where I will continue to do car business. And that is Toyota of Watertown. I give Toyota of Watertown a A++ grade. More
