I went to Watertown Toyota on Memorial Day weekend...on a whim, my current Toyota Corolla was almost paid off and I loved my current car. So I didn't need to buy a new one. However when we got to this dealership Lou greeted us instantly after parking a car, asked me what exactly I was looking for..I explained and after that he provided me with the best experience and listened to all my needs and wants!!!! Although there were no Corollas on site (because they sold there last on the night before) they were very speedy in finding out when they would be recieving more. I was impressed by every aspect of my visit, and will definately go there again as well as send my friends and family there! Thanks Again Lou and everyone at Watertown Toyota!!!!! By the way I did wind up purchasing a 2009 Red Toyota Corolla! and I love it. More
I was in the market for a new Scion tC and Toyota of Watertown was recommended to me. I did not need a new car, so not getting a car was still an option for me. I visited another Scion dealer in Peabo Watertown was recommended to me. I did not need a new car, so not getting a car was still an option for me. I visited another Scion dealer in Peabody first while visiting some family and felt pressured. I knew Scion had no-haggle pricing, so I told him I wanted to find a salesman who made the process as painless as possible. He then brought his manager out and the two of them tried to hard sell me on buying a car then and there....I left. Later that week I went to Watertown and had the complete opposite experience. James Hawkins was extremely helpful--answering questions, making sure the car fit my needs, etc.--and I did not feel pressured at all. I do feel like I got shortchanged on my trade-in, but taking the hit was better than having to deal with selling the car privately, etc. Other than that, I would definitely and highly recommend Toyota of Watertown. Bought a 2009 Scion TC TRD Release 5.0. The TRD model comes with 18" black wheels and tire package, lowering springs, sport muffler, rear sway bar, exterior badge, TRD front floor mats, color tuned inter comes with 18" black wheels and tire package, lowering springs, sport muffler, rear sway bar, exterior badge, TRD front floor mats, color tuned interior, and leather wrapped steering wheel. Details can be found at: http://www.scion.com/rstc/ They would not negotiate the price of the car but I wanted navigation and a short shifter so they said they could negotiate the price of the the navigation and short shifter. The asking price total was $22,444 (base price car = $19,970 + navigation = $1,860 + short shifter = $335 + doc fee = $279). I paid $21,814 total plus tax and registration. I suppose I got a decent deal considering they did not want to negotiate at all. I also made him throw in 4 free oil changes (I suppose another ~$50 value for free). I asked for 6 and they wouldn't do it. The guys were like don't tell anyone how much you paid for this is car. I told him I was going to post it on the internet. Note to any new car buyers, make the deal the first time, don't go home and say you have to think about because I did that I and decided to get the short shifter but they he not budge on the price the second day. I bet he would of if I bought it that first day a little more, maybe another $30 or something. More
I had been referred to this dealer by my friend and neighbor who'd bought his last 3 cars at Toyota of Watertown. I requested quotes from them and other dealers for a Matrix through Edmunds.com, and th neighbor who'd bought his last 3 cars at Toyota of Watertown. I requested quotes from them and other dealers for a Matrix through Edmunds.com, and they were the first to get back to me. Mike Boucher replied to my query on pricing and added fees, listing the exact prices of the two models I was considering, plus options, and all final costs straight up. Thus equipped, I went in to see Mike, a congenial, enthusiastic guy, and he turned me over to Carlos Rosado who in sales who was to work with me. Carlos was a gentleman, knowledgeable consultant, and affable companion on my two test drives. He shepherded me through the issues, patiently fielded my questions and doubts over which model to buy (the base model automatic or the sport version), and helped me identify the pros and cons of each. Mike came to lend assistance and finally after I grilled them exhaustively Mike was able to help me see what I really wanted, which was the "greener", more economical car. He didn't trying to sell me the more expensive car just for the money. What I especially appreciated was that they proved in the end that what they wanted was that I be happy with my decision. I'd recommend this shop to others, in fact already have. More

I chose Toyota of Watertown partly because my daughter had bought a car from them previously iwth good results, partly because it was reasonably close to home, but mostly, in this case, because they offer had bought a car from them previously iwth good results, partly because it was reasonably close to home, but mostly, in this case, because they offered me a 24 trial period with the same model car. I was very happy with the friendly reception I got from them, both when I first visited, and during the whole process of the purchase. All my questions were answered fully; they found the car that I really wanted (color, etc.), and I have been very pleased with the car since. I chose to lease, rather than bargain on the price because the current lease offer was more financially attractive than the price reduction that I thought I could achieve. I would recommend them to any friends looking for a Toyota dealer. More
Excellent experience. My wife and I were wanted to buy a new 2009 Prius a month before the 2010 models arrived. I e-mailed Q/A with Mike Bouche the Internet Manager. He helped to identify that they had t new 2009 Prius a month before the 2010 models arrived. I e-mailed Q/A with Mike Bouche the Internet Manager. He helped to identify that they had the exact model, configuration and color that we were looking then handed me off to Rita Grace, Sales & Leasing Consultant who helped us through the process. Toyota of Watertown beat all other prices that I discovered in the Boston area. Most importantly, they did not pressure me to take other options that I did not want. While I had obtained financing approval through AAA before purchasing the car, Oliver Souris, Finance Manager at Toyota of Watertown was able to match the loan rate through Toyota Finance which made the process easy. I picked up the our new Prius today. Rita made sure that everything was ready before my arrival. I'd recommend this dealership and when we need another car will certainly start here. Very good experience for us. More
This is my second new-car purchase from ToyotaofWatertown; both were extremely satisfactory. I was impressed with my salesman, Alex Kazan, who shared and verbalized my suspicions that the ToyotaofWatertown; both were extremely satisfactory. I was impressed with my salesman, Alex Kazan, who shared and verbalized my suspicions that the hybrid system (Highlander) was not worth the extra cost. I settled upon the Sienna. Toyota is famous for its confusing system of "trim lines," "convenience packages," and options, where selecting one package negates or duplicates another. Alex cut through the nonsense and simply asked, "What do you want?" I listed out what I wanted, and he located a Sienna equipped just so in the regional inventory. We settled upon a rock-bottom price, and the car was delivered and prepped in 3 business days. I was also impressed by the closer/finance guy, who got a Toyota financing rate that was a fraction of a percent above my best outside rate (AAA). He frankly admitted that some of the "extra protection" options weren't worth the money, but I'm suffering some buyer's remorse for buying the extended warranty. My one complaint is that the $275 for document transfer etc. is unduly high. My impression is that the Watertown dealership is competing aggressively against larger dealerships (e.g. Herb Chambers) and does so well. I'm happy to recommend this dealership. More
