She directed me to the waiting area. A short time later, Shannon came out and explained what they found. She showed me a photo of a radiator leak. There were a few other things. The car needed to stay overnight. Their driver drove me home even though I live a town beyond their normal range. Shannon called the next day. The driver picked me up (unfortunately, I don't recall his name). He was a good driver. He led me to the service area. He said he would bring my car to a location that was easily accessible to me and he did. I settled up with Shannon. It was a great experience. More

The quality of work is fine and there isn't excessive pressure to do work that isn't essential. I dropped the car off at 8:45 for an oil change and tire rotation.
