I need to post an update to my previous comments abount that dealership, as we've been through a couple humps and bumps with service department. Fortunately, thanks to beautiful work of Karen we had everyt that dealership, as we've been through a couple humps and bumps with service department. Wallingford Toyota DID finally fix the problem. I feel they charged me for work that they never performed. The tires were not properly inlfated before balancing, that's if they ever where balanced or rot they charged me for work that they never performed. They needed to be replaced but the service department kept saying "they are fine" hard to believe a tire is fine when the inside tread is gone. If it wasn't for Ron Jackson fixing the situation I would never return. Still we had to waste more time in the waiting room when it should have been fixed right the first time. I am giving this dealership one more chance, but I am going to keep a closer eye on their work. Like I said before, my hat is off to Ron Jackson, he is a man that stands by his word. More
Sales department was awesome, 5+. Service is terrible. They always provide a half of service ordered by me, justifying it with a lack of time. When I came on the weekend, they said to come in on a weekday They always provide a half of service ordered by me, justifying it with a lack of time. When I came on the weekend, they said to come in on a weekday - no appointment necessary. When I showed up on the weekday afternoon next time, they changed my oil by failed to rotate wheels, saying I need an appointment. Last time I went they put a hefty scratch on my passenger door. Nice work fellows! Service manager seems to be the only reasonable person in this department. I would never send a friend for service over there. More
