I need to post an update to my previous comments abount that dealership, as we've been through a couple humps and bumps with service department. Wallingford Toyota DID finally fix the problem. I feel they charged me for work that they never performed. The tires were not properly inlfated before balancing, that's if they ever where balanced or rot they charged me for work that they never performed. They needed to be replaced but the service department kept saying "they are fine" hard to believe a tire is fine when the inside tread is gone. If it wasn't for Ron Jackson fixing the situation I would never return. Still we had to waste more time in the waiting room when it should have been fixed right the first time. I am giving this dealership one more chance, but I am going to keep a closer eye on their work. Like I said before, my hat is off to Ron Jackson, he is a man that stands by his word. More
