I have purchased two cars from Toyota of Wallingford, and have had them serviced there since first dealing with them six years. The staff has always been courteous and cooperative, and I have never had any have had them serviced there since first dealing with them six years. I can even get my daughter to willingly take the car(s) in for their maintenance appointments, as long as they're on "manicure Monday mornings" -- yep, free manicures while you wait! I had some type of black holes hanging from my car on the right hand side under th tire. I was driving down Colony Rd in Wallingford, CT when I seen a toyota dealer ship and said to myself,let me see if the right hand side under th tire. Bob and Irvin was GREAT,I could not tell them what was hanging nor could I tell them what I hit, I don't remember hitting anything, well Bob being the GREAT (funny) guy that he is , say to make me feel better that's what happend here at toyota parts just fall down on your car (I LOVE HIM) he also said if my husband come by , he would not tell my husband he seen me (SMILE).Anyway to make a long story short, Bob and Irvin are GREAT and as long as you have the two of them working for you , you will always have WONDERFULL RATERING . I go to the dealership in New Haven/Woodbridgewhich which they are wonderful too, but it good to know I can get the same services right here by my job in Wallingford. Jon was extremely friendly and nice and explained what repairs/services were done. I had gone to the Dr for a fasting blood test before arriving and was thrilled to see a box of donuts and coffee in the w repairs/services were done. I had gone to the Dr for a fasting blood test before arriving and was thrilled to see a box of donuts and coffee in the waiting area. I did not have to wait unusually long for the work I had done- 40,000 mile checkup and new brakes. My overall experience with purchasing and servicing my Toyota here has been so positive that it has made me a dedicated Toyota owner. More

Purchased my Venza from another dealer within the last month. I had a few issues from delivery that I needed to have checked out. Didn't get anywhere with other dealer and was disappointed with them. A little more out of my way to come here but customer service is everything to me and I was very pleased with Jon and the service I received. He listened and kept me involved and I left satisfied. Karen brought me in the same day I called, brought me into the service area and had a mechanic show me each break. The job was done without any charge to me, She gave me an almost new car to use until my car was fixed, free of charge. Everyone was so friendly and polite and knowledgeable that my bad experience became a good experience with Toyota of Wallingford. Now I know why they are #1 in Connecticut. More
