Be careful of your service I went to Toyota for an oil change and check my cylinders, my oil change was great. My cylinders were changed so called and when I get on the highway I went to Toyota for an oil change and check my cylinders, my oil change was great. My cylinders were changed so called and when I get on the highway my car had a hard time changing gears. I went to the service center and they told me it was th he gasket and tail pipe. I changed those as well. I went to Hartford last night and the same problem exist. Now my car seems to be making g a loud noise where they change the cylinders, the check engine light came on and vsp light as well. My next thing is contact the General Manager and if that does not change the issue I will contact DMV. These mechanics Don't always fix your car the first time. This will be my third time back within a week of bad service. More

Good service I had a good service this time. I had my tire pressure light on. I called for emergency appointment. The women asked me if I see my tire flatten? I sa I had a good service this time. I had my tire pressure light on. I called for emergency appointment. The women asked me if I see my tire flatten? I said no. She said that cold weather sometimes can cause the pressure inside the tire low. I said I want it check anyway. She checked me in right away because I need to go to work. When I got there, they took me right in and have my vehicle check and found a nail on the left tire. It took another 15 minutes to fix it. All together I get in and out in 35 minutes. I am able to go work without getting late. More

Very polite! Everyone in the service department is very polite. Someone is always there to open the door to the department when they see you heading in. I’m still surprised every time, because you just don’t see that anymore. As far as the service, my husband and I have 3 Toyota’s and we bring every one of them here when anything is needed. The workers are great. I know the job isn’t easy and I really appreciate what the do. More
