I usually have good experiences at Toyota of Wallingford but this time was frustrating. All I needed was a headlight, but when my service rep had to leave that minor repair became an all day event culminati but this time was frustrating. All I needed was a headlight, but when my service rep had to leave that minor repair became an all day event culminating with a text at 3:57 to tell me I needed that headlight. When I picked up the completed car the posted service status still showed "in progress." I hope this was a one time glitch; looks to me like the protocol for an advisor leaving midshift needs review.
