Great Service Department I only had to speak to one employee. But the technicians did a great job finding out what was wrong with my car. EXtra Mile I took my car in for routine service and planned to wait while the service was being completed. However, the inspection indicated a brake problem whic I took my car in for routine service and planned to wait while the service was being completed. However, the inspection indicated a brake problem which would require me to stay for another 90 minutes. I explained that I am the caregiver for my elderly mother and couldn't stay that long so they put an extra man on the job and finished all the work very quickly. I really appreciated that. More

I have found them to be prompt, curteous, extremely fair, and the level of their work was excellent. I had been told by another local dealer that I needed a costly maintenance fix. Toyota of Wallingford looked at it and told me everything was fine and that service was unnecessary saving me thousands. When I comparison priced between Toyota dealerships for service they were the lowest or extremely competitive. I have not found them to push unnecessary services. I recommend them and will continue to return to them for my Service needs. More
