The vehicle was purchased new at Middletown Toyota, but the service there was BAD, always trying to upsell, sell me things I didn't need and when I had a repeated issue I sat down with the Middletown service manager ... he did not seem to care and was not interested in fixing the problem. So i went to Toyota of Wallingford ... WOW what a difference. All the folks at Wallingford Toyota are on the same page: build customer loyalty. I would highly recommend Wallingford Toyota for new, used and service. Be careful about that Toyota dealer in Middletown, I had multiple issues with not only their service, but the used cars department. Go to Toyota of Wallingford! More

Genna was super friendly and service was fast I purchased my vehicle from Toyota of Wallingford almost 3 years ago and I regularly visit for service (oil change and tire rotation etc). On this day I purchased my vehicle from Toyota of Wallingford almost 3 years ago and I regularly visit for service (oil change and tire rotation etc). On this day, Genna was very welcoming and friendly. The other female ‘receptionist’ in service that has worked with me before is less than friendly so I was happy to have Genna. I ended up needing new tires and rear brakes. This unexpected service was done in a very reasonable amount of time. Noticed a big difference in the handling of my vehicle when it was done. More
