Genna was super friendly and service was fast I purchased my vehicle from Toyota of Wallingford almost 3 years ago and I regularly visit for service (oil change and tire rotation etc). On this day I purchased my vehicle from Toyota of Wallingford almost 3 years ago and I regularly visit for service (oil change and tire rotation etc). On this day, Genna was very welcoming and friendly. The other female ‘receptionist’ in service that has worked with me before is less than friendly so I was happy to have Genna. I ended up needing new tires and rear brakes. This unexpected service was done in a very reasonable amount of time. Noticed a big difference in the handling of my vehicle when it was done. More

Great Service Department I only had to speak to one employee. But the technicians did a great job finding out what was wrong with my car. Another dealership told me it would c I only had to speak to one employee. But the technicians did a great job finding out what was wrong with my car. Another dealership told me it would cost 1700+ to fix my car. That price was cut in 1/2 by Toyota of Wallingford. Its almost time for a new car so I am sure I will be back soon. More

EXtra Mile I took my car in for routine service and planned to wait while the service was being completed. However, the inspection indicated a brake problem whic I took my car in for routine service and planned to wait while the service was being completed. However, the inspection indicated a brake problem which would require me to stay for another 90 minutes. I explained that I am the caregiver for my elderly mother and couldn't stay that long so they put an extra man on the job and finished all the work very quickly. I really appreciated that. More
