Clueless Service department. Made an appointment - drove down then they said they could not do the repair. NOT RECOMMENDED - A1 in New Haven and Stephen in Bristol are much better choices and charge mu down then they said they could not do the repair. Oil Change and Tire Rotation during COVID-19 I came to WOW Toyota from New Milford for a tire rotation and oil change. I drive this distance due to the customer service and experience. Unfortun I came to WOW Toyota from New Milford for a tire rotation and oil change. I drive this distance due to the customer service and experience. Unfortunately though the service was excellent, and the people were friendly, WOW Toyota does not assist customers with over an hour to travel there and back. Due to COVID-19, you may not wait for your car. There is not a designated window of time. I had to drive 1 hour plus there to drop off, be picked up by my husband, to be driven back the next day. Upon arrival with the temps at 103 degrees, I was told I would not be allowed to use the bathroom after having the nerve to drink liquids on the way to stay hydrated. I was told I would use CVS or Starbucks. I am not homeless and I don't think CVS or Starbucks would like to hear that WOW Toyota is sending their customers to use another establishments restroom. Other dealership allow the customers to wait with a mask. I could deal with leaving the car but to not be allowed to use a bathroom is just rude and I should have been notified on the phone when I made the appointment. You should have facilities set up, a flushing port-a-potty is n alternative. My other issue is the uniform for the staff. I do not think in that type of heat you need to have two young men in full uniform including their hat working outside on the pavement. The pop up tent till little to ease the humidity and temperatures. I would not be surprised if someone came down with heat stroke. More
Dropped off my car for some maintenance services and had the pleasure of meeting Mike. I was interested in a car on the lot and he took me right over and gave me all of the information I wanted. He kept my monthly payments exactly where I wanted them, even underneath my budget! I never thought just going in for some service that I would be walking out with a new set of keys in my hand, but now I am the proud owner of a perfect 2019 Camry! Thanks Mike!! More

excellent service I was out yesterday morning when 2019 Avalon beeped and it said on my dashboard I had a malfunction on my emergency brake and to call my dealer. I was in Wallingford already where the dealer ship is and when I called they said to come right over. I was taken right away and they said the computer had to be reset. Jeff, Justin, T and Bob were very pleasant and helpful.The car was all set within an hour. More

Service Review The service was good. I dropped my car off and was told it'd be about 2 1/2 hours and it was. I didn't get a real time for bringing in the car to be s The service was good. I dropped my car off and was told it'd be about 2 1/2 hours and it was. I didn't get a real time for bringing in the car to be serviced. At least I didn't think so. I was told between 8am-4pm which were the new hours due to the current situation. I was told once I dropped my keys off that I was supposed to bring it at 8:15am. I wasn't told how to drop off my car which was a little confusing. The dealership is being renovated, so the last few times I've had to bring the car around the side to the "new" service area. I guess when I went this time the person I was supposed to meet at an outside tent had stepped away. I had no way of knowing that was where I was supposed to go. I parked and walked to the service area which said employees only. A kind woman who was waiting for her car on a bench outside told me to go back in the front to the tent to drop off my keys. The guy at the tent was there when I got back. Maybe a sign on the table under the tent that says "Drop off keys here for service appointments" and maybe a sign that says "Be right back, please wait for help" would be helpful. More
