In general they are friendly and helpful, if not always timely. Getting a service appointment can take longer than it seems like it should. I had to bring my vehicle back after being serviced because the n timely. Getting a service appointment can take longer than it seems like it should. I had to bring my vehicle back after being serviced because the new transmission fluid was less than it was supposed to be and caused gear shifting issues. This was explained openly by the ever friendly and helpful Shannon. It appeared to be an honest mistake, but I'm not happy that I had to fit another service visit into my schedule. More
