The quality of work is fine and there isn't excessive pressure to do work that isn't essential. I dropped the car off at 8:45 for an oil change and tire rotation. I requested a noon pick up and was told pressure to do work that isn't essential. I dropped the car off at 8:45 for an oil change and tire rotation. I requested a noon pick up and was told "I will do my best." I was hopeful but the vehicle wasn't ready until 4. Dave was patient and courteous at pick-up time. A good experience overall except that a quicker turn around time for straightforward service visits would be much appreciated. More

Advisor, Dave Chaney, was particularly excelle because my tire light came on. I was welcomed in without an appt; everyone was friendly and helpful. Advisor, Dave Chaney, was particularly excellent in his attention to my concerns. As a new customer he was efficient in getting all information from another dealership so he could provide whatever service might be needed. He correctly approximated the time needed and reviewed the details of the "find" and was helpful in answering all my questions.
