I recently purchased a 2010 toyota rav 4 from wallingford Toyota and i had a great experience! As soon as I walked throught the door I was greeted by a friendly employee and told someone would be right with Toyota and i had a great experience! The fact that I didn't have to go up to the desk and ask for assistance , that someone would be happy to help me already was a relief! As soon as Justin greeted me and my boyfriend we knew we'd come to the right place. he was not only friendly and down to earth, but he made car buying an easy and fun experience with the way he explained everything, and answered all my questions with ease. After talking with Justin and test driving the vechicle I knew it was right for me. I didn't feel pressured at all and after getting all my questions answered I felt confident in making such a big descision, getting my first car! As I waited for the car Justin constantly was updating me on how everything was going and that communication was great. I felt like this process was too easy almost with the way Justin had all my information ready and that I test drove the car Sunday and althought the color I requested was not availible Monday, I was able to pick it up and take it home on Tuesday :) thanks Justin and all of the employees at Wallingford Toyota for making this experience such a positive one!! I love my new car :) More

Justin Gibson gave excellent service and I would recommend this dealer in a heartbeat. I have dealt with Toyota of Wallingford for seven years now. I have since purchased four vehicles there and have been extremly satisfied. I have had three friends go there on my reccomendation and all three have come home with a toyota completely satisfied! My most recent visit there was 3/22/10, in which I was there for service and ended up browsing the lot and needless to say my husband and I came home with a new car. When we went to the dealer we were just looking to see what they had in a Venza. I was looking for a blue one but the only one they had in stock was a 2009 silver Venza.
