Wallingford Toyota does not jack up the price of the Prius although a dealer closer to home does. There was no high pressure to buy, just information and honesty. Wallingford Toyota DID finally fix the problem. I feel they charged me for work that they never performed. The tires were not properly inlfated before balancing, that's if they ever where balanced or rot they charged me for work that they never performed. They needed to be replaced but the service department kept saying "they are fine" hard to believe a tire is fine when the inside tread is gone. If it wasn't for Ron Jackson fixing the situation I would never return. Still we had to waste more time in the waiting room when it should have been fixed right the first time. I am giving this dealership one more chance, but I am going to keep a closer eye on their work. Like I said before, my hat is off to Ron Jackson, he is a man that stands by his word. More
The sales folks were very helpful with my new car purchase. They took the time to answer questions and help me with my decision. The topper was when I was at a cell phone store trying to determine which phone was compatable with my new car's electronic features. I was provided with a website to reference. Something that simple was very much appreciated since it helped me select a phone that I knew would work properly with my new car, saving me time and trouble. Good service, friendly sales personnel, willingness to assist in many ways are the things that set Toyota of Wallingford apart from others... so thanks! More

Perhaps the only thing I would recommend could use some improvement would be the detailing. My father's business was a new car dealership so I am particularly astute about the cleanliness of a car, new or used. I detailed the car myself and found that the exterior was not cleaned or waxed well at all. Nonetheless, I am very pleased with my car and the people at Wallingford Toyota. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are worth the visit. More
I have bought my last 4 cars at Toyota. They have great service and wonderful sales people. They are very helpful and courteous. I wasn't at the dealership a long time when I picked it up. I filled out whatever papers that needed to be filled out and I was on my way. It looked beautiful and had a full tank of gas ready to go. Michael Cote took the time with me to show me how the GPS worked and also set up my Blue Tooth phone. I stop in now and again for my free car wash and they always get me in and out as quickly as possible. They always take the time to answer any questions I might have. More

Sales department was awesome, 5+. Service is terrible. They always provide a half of service ordered by me, justifying it with a lack of time. When I showed up on the weekday afternoon next time, they changed my oil by failed to rotate wheels, saying I need an appointment. Last time I went they put a hefty scratch on my passenger door. Nice work fellows! Service manager seems to be the only reasonable person in this department. I would never send a friend for service over there. More
