I purchased a new vehicle but I had to wait a month while the dealer located the specific model that I wanted, but I had no problem waiting. After the dealer located the vehicle I was told I could pick up t the dealer located the specific model that I wanted, but I had no problem waiting. After the dealer located the vehicle I was told I could pick up the vehicle on a Monday night. After arriving to pickup my vehicle I was told that it was not ready but no one called me, so I made the trip for nothing. I stayed and completed all the necessary paperwork so I would only need to pick up the vehicle the next day. So I came back the next day and the car looked good but I had a problem with my registration. I was charge $175 for the registration but the final price ended up being $120. I was told by the finance manager that I would be refunded the difference if the registration was less than $175. I was refunded the difference only after I said something to the dealership staff member that gave me the registration. They were very prompt with sending me a check a few days later. Four days later I noticed the spoiler that ordered and had the dealership install was coming off on the corner. The car was still being worked on when I came to pick it up so it looks like they rushed the installation of the spoiler. I’m going to contact the dealership and see how they handle this problem. All in all this dealership is ok but the staff needs to work on their communication with each other and not rush things for the sake of the sale. More
