When we went to the dealer we were just looking to see what they had in a Venza. I was looking for a blue one but the only one they had in stock was a 2009 silver Venza. Within 10 minutes he called me back with the price. I was looking at the Accord but Mike showed me the Camry SE and made me realize how much better of a deal it was.I asked him about the recall and he assured me that there would be no problem. When I went to the dealership in Wallingford I walked in and Dave Goduti, whom I purchased a car from three years ago, saw me and stated he would be right with me. He remembered who I was and that my lease and Dave Goduti, whom I purchased a car from three years ago, saw me and stated he would be right with me. He remembered who I was and that my lease was expiring soon. When he came over to my table we talked for a few minutes and then he explained my options and recommended that I lease another vehicle. He went over the prices of the models and my wife had already stated she liked the Rav4. Dave had one brought close to the show room, we test drove it and had my current car looked at. When we came back we sat down and in a few minutes told me the price of the Rav4, different options and their cost and I agreed to a car, gave him a deposit and he stated he would call me when it came in. You can't do much better than that. Dave is excellent, and Wallingford Toyota is lucky to have him. He is fast, decisive and gives you your options. One thing he is not is pushy, he lets you determine the pace, and I like to go fast. We like the car and are very satisfied. More

Toyota of Wallingford did not attain national recognition by accident; Toyota itself did not attain its ranking in the automobile industry by accident. The quality of service I have personally experienced and observed at Toyota of Wallingford has been consistently excellent. While my vehicle is not affected by the recent recalls, I would have absolute confidence, if it were, that Toyota and this dealership would handle the issue appropriately and as quickly as possible. The overall quality of the Toyota product and the commitment to service of Toyota of Wallingford has earned my customer loyalty. More
