And while every other dealership told us that they might be able to get it in 6-8 weeks, Wallingford located the exact vehicle we wanted in less than 24 hours. Although shopping for a new car, Dave Goduti showed me a 2009 Toyota Corolla. We took it for a test drive and I really liked the way it drove. If you would like to deal with a polite professioal salesperson that will go out of his way to give the customer what they want, seek out Mike and you will not be disappointed. I had a defect problem with the new car and worked with John Haury in the service department. He listened, he responded, he took car of the issue. It took three trips to do it, but Mike would not give up until the problem was corrected and I was satisfied. Absolutely first rate customer service. I will not change the overall rating I give this dealership due to one individual, but there was one down side to our new purchase. The finance person who took car of us the night we picked up the car was Aiham Alkatib. I was not happy with the way he conducted his high pressure sales pitch to get added features added to our finance agreement, and after I said no multiple times to his salesmanship, there were still extra charges added into the agreement. I excused myself from the office before losing my temper completely and while I was cooling down I almost decided to cancel the entire purchase. I did receive an apology from the sales manager and the correct purchase contract was implemented. I have to believe this one issue was not business as usual. Again, I am a return customer to this dealership and every aspect of the new car purchase and service after the fact was exceptional, save the one issue I have detailed.
