I just bought a 2011 Toyota Sienna LE from Wallingford Toyota, and it was the best car deal experience I have ever had. The walked me through step by step. So I came to the dealership, and the transaction went so smoothly. I came in signed some papers, and that was it. My keys were in my hand and the car was fully detailed outside. David showed me all the features of it, explained how everything worked and took my picture with the car. This was the smoothest transaction I have ever done when purchasing a new car. I can honestly say that the positive reviews are well deserved. I was purchasing a RAV4 and wanted a specific color which was back ordered. When the car wasn't delivered prior to my vacation, even though there were no promises that it would be delivered by a specific date, Mike arranged for me to get a loaner which saved me over $800 because I didn't have to rent one. I would highly recommend Mike Cote if you are interested in purchasing a Toyota and I actually did recommend my daughter give Mike a call because she was relocating back to CT from a city where she didn't need a car. I was looking into buying a new Toyota Yaris a few weeks ago. They were very responsive, gave my a reasonable price for my old vehicle and I pretty much got the best deal I could for my budget. It has been a while since I drove a manual transmission, so naturally I was a little afraid to drive my new car on the highway for the first time. Mr. Jon Thorpe agreed to delivered my new car to me (I live ~30min away) at no charge and even gave me a small lesson on how to operate my new car, so that was wonderful. More
