I walked into the dealership told Mike the salesman what I was looking for and what price range and within 5 minutes he found me a great car within my budget. He was very knowledgeable,accommodating,and polite,not pushy at all. He then handed me over to Gloria the finance manager, who did a wonderful job of explaining all my options with the warranty, and was even able to save me some money on my car insurance, by letting them know about the VIN etching program which insurance companies give a discount for. Oh yeah and the car was certified with a complete 12 month warranty. All this for under $200 a month. Great job guys and gals!!! I would highly recommend these 2 individuals and this dealership to anybody looking for a good used car at a fair price. Toyota/Scion of Wallingford met my needs and will continue to service my car. Bill was awesome right from the start immediately showing me the SUV I wanted to test drive. After the drive he offered me a great price on the used car and they gave me fair value for my trade in. He was extremely knowledgable of his inventory, I did not feel pressured to purchase with him. He explained to me about why I couldn't get the amount I was looking for my trade in with sensativity which made me feel good. I will send friends to him in the future as I feel he deserves the referrals. The entire experience at this dealership was fantastic. From the receptionist to the finance manager, they made me feel they appreciated my business. I am excited that I bought my new car there and am so happy I finally bit the bullet and got a new car. I contacted Toyota of Wallingford earlier this week via the internet and received a prompt reply from Jon Thorpe, one of their internet sales representatives. He emailed and called me by 9:00 AM the follow the internet and received a prompt reply from Jon Thorpe, one of their internet sales representatives. He emailed and called me by 9:00 AM the following morning. We set up a late afternoon appointment the same day and he was ready for me when I arrived. I had done a fair amount of advance preparation before I arrived and Jon had a good idea of what I wanted in a car. We spent some time reviewing inventory, discussing features, budget and what was important to me in a car. We then test drove several cars as Jon described the features of each car to me. After the test drives, I made a decision to purchase a certified pre owned 2011 Camry SE. Jon did a great job providing me with all the information I needed to make my decision. The personal service was extraordinary and the care for my financial capabilities were taken into consideration both times. I was asked ,"What was on my wish list" when I bought my Camry in 1998. I was given a price for the car and my wishes were fulfilled with a sunroof and leather seats for a very small cost. If I saw Eric Levine, the person who sold me the cars, he'd greet me like I was family. A week ago, after 13 years with my Camry, I bought an Avalon. Leaving the dealership, a rock must have kicked up and hit the passenger side door. When I noticed a ding in the door a half hour after buying the new car, I brought it back to Eric who drove it into the shop immediately and had it fixed in minutes. It looked like new. I cannot say enough about this dealership. Everyone I have ever dealt with here was wonderful. There is no pressure and what is best for you is the motto. Buying at this dealership has been a great experience for me for many years. More
