He made us feel right at home, and even stayed late to help us seal our deal. He even called us a few days later to check on us and make sure we were happy with our vehicle. Frank Mikolike, the sales manager, was also there to answer any questions that my wife and I had, and put our minds at ease. And last, but certainly not least, Gloria Fernandez, the finance manager, helped us get our numbers in order. She set us up with a payment plan that will save us a great deal of money by the end of our loan, which made us very happy. They all provided us with great customer service and made us feel part of the Toyota of Wallingford family! We have already sent a few friends over and would them recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! More

I was feeling very helpless in the car situation I was facing. My car was having every problem possible, I went to Toyota of Wallingford looking to trade my car in. I was thinking that I would be laughed at and sent away, I figured I would give it a try anyway because I heard wonderful things from a fellow employee who had dealt with them in the past. My intentions were to shop around until I came across Frank and Stuart. They went way above and beyond my expectations. After driving my car they first explained what I would be dealing with if I had kept my current car. (It was not safe at all)they then offered me a more then fair trade. I was shown a few different options, I explained what I would be able to handle financially and they worked extra hard to make sure they could not only fit my needs financially, but fit those needs while getting me in the car that I had decided I wanted to go home with! We came to an agreement, that I was extremely happy with and Gloria was able to wrap all that up for me. She was very detailed and did not hesitate to answer any questions, She was even able to explain a few ways that I could save money depending on which payment schedule I was gona go with. I had never purchased a car on my own and was very nervous but upon talking with Frank, Stuart and Gloria I was compleyely at ease making the desiscion of purchasing my own car!! We bought my wife's car from here a few months back and loved the friendly, honest, up front service. For my car we decided to lease and I decided to shop around. I went to 6 different dealers and was focused on price over almost everything else. Toyota of Wallingford offered a really good deal but was beat by another dealership that I went to. Yas kept in touch with me, not pressuring me, but just making sure I was being taken care of. As it turns out the other dealership was not too a front with the deal and at the 11th hour the deal fell through. I called Yas, on his cell number, he returned my call even though he was off that day. Yas, Stu, and Sohail, worked some amazing magic to meet me at the price I was focused on, and the car is amazing!!!! To finalize the deal I worked with Gloria to complete the paperwork. With both deals Gloria was a treat, a real joy to work with. The actual financials can be uncomfortable and tedious, but not with Gloria! She has such a great personality, and demeanor. I want to go in just to say hi and hang out with her.... The team at Toyota of Wallingford is amazing!!!! Next time we need to get a car I will not shop around, after seeing all of the other dealerships, I know that I cannot beat the team at Toyota of Wallingford. Mike is the best salesman we have ever dealt with. He can answer every question we have and he goes above and beyond what other salesman have ever done. We will only by cars from Mike Cote. He is by far one of the best salesman Toyota of Wallingford has. We can't say enough about Mike. We just bought again 2 new Camrys SE cars from him and had no problems what so ever. The price of the car and the deal we were able to make was just what we wanted. We told him how much were were willing to pay and he got us well within that amount no problem. Once he went over the paper work with us he handed us over to two great finance people. One was Sohail Butt and the other was Paul Solomon. They were also great. The entire team didn't make us feel like we were just a number to them. They made us feel like we were the only ones that mattered at that moment. They took as much time as we needed to make sure we understood everything from the paperwork to setting up the bluetooth and toyota entune for our new Camrys. Our experience there was fantastic and we will send family and friends there anytime they want a new/used vehicle without any hesitation. More

Mike Cote went out of his way to get me the BEST deal possible for my new 2012 RAV4. Having leased my previous Camry with him (which he also gave me a fabulous deal on), and knowing that both my parents possible for my new 2012 RAV4. Having leased my previous Camry with him (which he also gave me a fabulous deal on), and knowing that both my parents and my brother also got my cars from him, there was no question about going to Mike for my new car. I called him before I went in and we talked a bit about what I was looking for, so when I showed up on Saturday he had a RAV4 vehicle pulled up and ready for me to test drive. It had just the things I needed/wanted, and the offer he gave me was such a great deal, I ended up walking out that day with the car. He also handed me over to Gloria to handle the paperwork and she was phenomenal as well. I love that when sitting at her desk, she had a dual monitor so I could see everything she was typing/clicking on- I didn't feel left out of the process. I only wish more dealerships had that! More
