We found Frank Pagliauca very easy to work with he was honest and not fake. He tried to get us the best price and still work with us. This is very be degrading to watch as they are no better than the sales men doing the work. Other than that we have bought 2 new cars from the dealership and never had a problem. Toyota of Wallingford had the Camry I was looking for, and worked with me on the price which I felt was very good benchmarked against similar used 2011 Camry's listed on-line. The "5" rating was based on my experience with the dealership in helping me resolve an insurance issue which came up during the plate transfer. The problem was the insurance carrier's fault which prevented a simple registration transfer from my old vehicle. To resolve this isssue would have required additional insurance documentation and a long wait in line at the CT DMV office the following week. Seeing my fustration, the Sales Manager made the decison to issue me new plates with the dealership picking up the additional costs of the new plates. I left a very happy customer and would clearly recommend Toyota of Wallingford and excellent customer service. More
