He didn't give up on me when I couldn't get back to him right away (working 75 hour work weeks will do that to you). He kept in constant contact with me throughout all of our dealings. I was never left wondering. Then, Sohail was fantastic in finances. He did everything he could to help me get my first, beautiful pre-owned vehicle. I was very much informed and they helped to explain everything in great detail as to what to expect with my finances! Seriously, these guys are amazing and I wish I had given them all a big hug. I took all my Toyotas to Vern Fortin when he was service manager at Middletown Courteous, knowledgeable and cares about every vehicle being serviced. I took all my Toyotas to Vern Fortin when he was service manager at Middletown Toyota and now am traveling over an hour to have him continue taking care of my families Toyotas. When we went into the showroom, the sales person and the sales manager we dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. We took two vehicles for test drives (on different routes,) and we were not rushed to return to the dealership on either test drive. We appreciated not being pressured by the salesman to make a decision on a purchase. We would certainly return to the Wallingford dealership if we decide to buy a Toyota. More
