Great experience I bought my third Toyota Camry from this dealership. Each time there was a different salesperson and financial person involved and each experience wa I bought my third Toyota Camry from this dealership. Each time there was a different salesperson and financial person involved and each experience was excellent. Norris was my salesperson and he established a comfortable rapport with me from the beginning. Norris was able to understand my needs and determined very quickly that I was prepared to buy a car. The exchanges were friendly and I feel I paid a fair price for the car and received a fair price for my trade-in. Bill DiChello was the financial representative and was well prepared to finalize the paperwork of the detail. Everything he and I reviewed was what I had agreed to. Their system allows you to see the screen of information so you can easily validate that the information was correct and consistent with what had been discussed. Also a very friendly individual. Frank the Service Manager, a long time employee of this dealership was matter of fact towards his commitment to making sure I was happy with the car and what I should expect going forward from a service perspective. I felt that he was sincere and my experience over the years with their service department has been very positive. More

I was set up with the love of my life (lunar rock, rav4 2020) by Fred Holman. He was very patient with us and really helped us understand about this vehicle. Great experience buying my Prius! I have been a Subaru devotee for many years, but was interested in driving a hybrid for both the monetary savings and to reduce my carbon footprint. I I have been a Subaru devotee for many years, but was interested in driving a hybrid for both the monetary savings and to reduce my carbon footprint. I started focusing on the Prius and thought I'd search for something certified pre-owned without a lot of miles. After visiting a New Haven dealer and being very displeased with the pressure from the sales manager to make a decision right then (even though they advertise that they are so easy with their "no haggle" policy). I continued looking online and saw a 2019 Prius with low mileage at Toyota of Wallingford. I drove out to look at it one evening and was greeted and introduced to a salesperson named Lily Browne. We talked about what I was looking for and then took it for a test drive. We conferred with the Sales Manager, Rocco Esposito and settled on an agreed upon price and trade-in amount for my car. I fell in love with the car but wasn't ready to make a decision. They suggested I put down a small refundable.deposit and they would hold the car for me. A few days later, I was back signing the papers and driving away a couple of hours later. Both Lily and Rocco were so easy to work with! I got a car with very low mileage and more for my trade than the other dealer. I wholeheartedly recommend that if you are looking for a Toyota, this is the place to go. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. More
