Buying a New Car I have bought generations of Toyota Camrys from this dealership since they existed. Recently I purchased a 2019 Camry. Phil Orzel was extremely helpful, prompt with returning phone calls, professional and took care of all my needs and questions efficiently. I have also dealt with Bill DeChello many times in the past, first as a salesman and now as Finance Manager. Bill takes the time to explain all the finance aspects of buying a car in a clear and concise way. Steve Scion Jr. also attended to my requests and needs promptly until I was satisfied. But the person I can not say enough good things about is Service Manager, Bob Olsen. I have dealt with him since I bought my first Camry 30 years ago. It is nice to see a familiar face who knows your vehicle when you drop off for regular maintenance service.If I had an emergency situation such as a battery dying or check engine light on, I called Bob in the morning, he would have me bring it in, and by 5:00 Bob had my car fixed! Everyone at this dealership is accommodating and knows what they are doing. I have to also say Chris Melillo is the best Toyota mechanic there is! More

Fast, efficient, and flexible. I was looking to get rid of my Toyota Prius lease that I had from them eight months early. I went in on a Sunday and was picking up a new Toyota Camry Monday morning. It was swift and convenient, which is not the norm when you are negotiating for a lease. We had Angel as the sales rep. and he was fantastic! He was amiable, personable, easy to work with, and incredibly helpful. I'd absolutely recommend asking for him if you go into Toyota of Wallingford. Bill worked with us on the final paperwork, and he was a pleasure to work with as always. We worked with him when we got the Prius. Overall it was a great experience. I'd highly recommend Toyota of Wallingford in comparison to the other dealerships. The only reason I didn't give the dealership a five-star rating is that when we agreed on a monthly price, they added $0.99, which is what happened when we got the Prius. Of course, when this was pointed out, it was taken off in both circumstances, but it did feel slightly gimmicky. But in comparison to other dealers, Toyota of Wallingford stands out. More
