Stephen and Ryan were so great to work with. I thought I knew what I wanted but Stephen took his time with me, explaining all the options and I ended up buying the perfect car. Drove in to visit the dealer to see if they could get me in for an oil change. They were very nice and gave me an appointment immediately but it really seemed that the entire service department and all of t in for an oil change. I came in to the service area and there was no one really in charge of making the visit remember able. I drove in to the bay, then someone came out and took my keys from me to prepare the vehicle for service, then went to the service desk and they said "She" will take care of you without saying the person’s name or introducing me to "She". I finally was able to talk to the correct person and the service appointment started. They directed me to the customers lounge with a TV and bagels that were still left out from the morning. The lounge was very dirty and it really did not seem to me that anyone at that dealership was truly engaged in real customer satisfaction. The topper was that once the technician looked my truck over to verify that everything was good to go the service lady came out and made a detailed list of the things that I should of do to my truck without first asking me if any of it had been done in the past. The reason I mention this is that their are a lot of single ladies and older people that will take the service technician at their word that the truck or car needs the repairs. Well when I finished adding up all their recommendations it would of cost me over 3000 dollars to do repairs that were not needed at the time. They recommended replacements and repairs on steering members by just looking at residual oil from a previous oil change and then it was just one drop of oil. They were making the assumption that there were more serious problems that there was. This in itself tells me that your service department IS NOT looking after the person but your bottom line which is not what a customer wants. I am from Bremerton Washington and the Toyota dealer there is outstanding in both honesty and customer service. I am sorry to say that I felt that your dealer needed to find out JUST WHO is minding the store. The employees that I interfaced with did not look happy to be there and the overall appearance of your lounge, bathrooms were not up to a 5.0 standard. More
I called Toyota of Vineland to inquire about purchasing a Camry LE as a gift for a relative that lives in Vineland. I drove to the dealer, picked a silver Camry LE, and the dealer installed dealer tags so I could deliver the car with a big red bow! After the surprise, we returned to the dealer to complete paperwork. Everybody at the dealer was pleasant, helpful and courteous throughout the entire process, and I would not hesitate to drive the 70 miles to purchase a car there for my next purchase. The salesman, Tom, was outstanding - he has been following up with phone calls to answer questions every week. I am happy to recommend them highly. More
As usual Vineland Toyota went above and beyond my expectations today. Had a Luxcare claim that has been waiting. As soon as it was approved they had me on phone and set upto bring in the car. The service was amazing. We were treated as if we were someones special Grandparents. Everyone was VERY polite and friendly. If we ever have to buy a new car will go to Scion of Toyota. I went to several dealerships before walking into this one and I was so impressed with how I was treated.They treat you like you known them for years! I sent email request for pricing on a 2009 Corolla LE. I was contacted via phone and e-mail by the Internet representative Rahila Ul-Haq. I sent her the quote I got from another dealer to Rahila and she was contacted via phone and e-mail by the Internet representative Rahila Ul-Haq. I sent her the quote I got from another dealer to Rahila and she replied by email and phone that they could beat the price. I drove about 80 miles to rural Vineland after initial appointment. But once I got to the dealership the named Rahila tried to sell me another car (with sunroof, and different color) and $2000 more expensive. When I asked her for the car that I wanted (silver, automatic), they didn’t have it. They only had tan and red. And they quoted it 10% above the competitor price. To make a long story short they never had any intention of selling the vehicle below the competitor price. They are dishonest. They will not honor their own email representatives or the prices they quote, stay away from this dealership. And they have very low inventory!! They only have the cars and colors that the others dealers reject. More

The service manager is a relative of the owners (who also own several other dealerships under the "Burns Kull group) Since he is a relative. he feels he can treat customers poorly. I would recommend buying here , as the sales team is top notch. but have your vehicle serviced at Shore Toyota, (Pleasantville NJ) where the exact opposite is true. (service is excellent and sales dept is iffy. More
