Irany Cano was professional, warm, endlessly accommodating, and respectful. Other dealers in the area were taking advantage of the shortage. Toyota Vineland didn't. The staff simply cared about me as a customer. But at the other nearby dealers, I was essentially expendable. Prices marked up thousands above sticker. Insulting offers on trade-ins. All of them taking advantage of the shortage, Vineland excepted. In the last 10 years, I got 8 cars from the Holman Toyota. Suddenly, I was no longer worth their time. But at Vineland it was as if I was their only customer. The entire staff made me feel my business was appreciated. My sales consultant Irany Cano treated me with respect and honesty. Obviously very knowledgeable. Kept in constant contact. And got me exactly what I wanted. The sales manager took time to introduce himself and offer any assistance. The finance manager went above and beyond to find me a great rate. And when I needed extra help, Irany Cano really couldn't have been more accommodating. I was very happy with Toyota Vineland. I will recommend them from now on. It was earned. More

Needed to replace a tire on my one year old Tacoma and tires were not.to be found anywhere. Thanks to shop manager Scott.and service.manager Gabe I finally got.my tire.
