I have bought from this dealership in the past, used to be good. Horrible rip off, service dept told my wife she needed brake pads and rotors, second opinion said nothing wrong. I took my car to the Toyota of Tri-Cities having transmission issues turns out my manual transmission and clutch needed replaced at 125,000 mi. Toyota wrote up an estimate for almost $5,800.. I authorized them to replace my clutch and transmission and the finished the work fairly quickly and called me to let me know u could pick my car up. On the way home after picking up my car from toyota of tri cities I noticed right away that my windshield was so dirty that I couldn't hardly see out of it and I realize it had been sitting outside at Toyota for about 2 weeks but from my experiences with car dealerships in the past... especially after completing a repair job that was $5000+ ... they usually wash the car at minimum and most dealerships would actually detail the vehicle also. Anyhow so i get on the freeway to head home and noticed my car seemed to be riding a little strange on the freeway so I pulled off the next exit and got out and walked all the way around my car and noticed one of my front tires was extremely low.. so I drive to the nearest les schwabs and have them do a pressure check and the tech tells me the low tire was not only extremely low but completely flat.. he filled it back up with the recommended tire pressure and sent me on my way.. I would think that the service tech that pulled my car up to the front of the store where I was waiting would have noticed and maybe aired up the tire?? Maybe not? These aren't even the worst issues even.. since they replaced my clutch and transmission every component in my suspension is clunking and rattling and squeeking when I drive over uneven ground it sounds like my car is going to rattle into pieces.. it didn't do this before taking it to toyota for a new transmission. I tried calling the service department the following day and was told by the receptionist that Jay wasn't in that day.. out of fear that the vehicle wasn't safe to drive, I had my brother, who is a certified mechanic drive it and take a look at it.. he said right away before he even started it that my Steering wheel is not straight and said, "they obviously didn't do an alignment on it" and he asked me if they recommended an alignment when I picked up the car and I said no... then he asked me how it handles on the freeway and I told him it wanders and suddenly Jerks to the left every so often.. he said, "i bet it does, thats crazy they didnt align it." After he drove it around the block he said he doesnt recomment that i drive the vehicle too much or at all really.. because there is definately something wrong. After just a quick look over he sees that both of the rubber boots on both my lower ball joints are damaged and also my inner and outer tie rods are damaged on both sides and that's where all the noise is coming from.. I asked him if those parts had to be removed to replace the transmission and he said yes or they would have also had to remove the engine also to get the transmission out through the top. There were also several wire clips that werent put back that held important wire harnesses from hand or rubbing on other parts that they shouldnt be touching in which we found the spot where they should have been clipped and clipped them back up and out of harms way. He said in his opinion.. a rookie tech worked on it and wasn't careful at all when removing the suspension components and caused a lot of damage in the meantime.. I have tried to reach Jay in the service department atleast 3 other times one of which I even left a voice-mail and still have not been contacted by anyone from toyota.. it's been about 2 weeks at this pointnt since I picked the car up More

It saddens me to say that after purchasing tires from this business, they didn’t back their product after my tire blew at 8,700 miles off wear. They refused to back the agreement we came to. Once I filled a complaint with the attorney generals office, (who agreed it was a valid complaint) Toyota replied apologizing for dropping the ball but still refused to back their product. They suggested I go to Lexus of Spokane for service to get the luxurious ride I’m looking for. I definitely will not be returning or purchasing any vehicles from Toyota of Tri Cities. I hope others don’t experience what I have. More
Bought a new 2020 Toyota Camry and the display screen on the dashboard started cracking due to weather. Went to take it in and was told they couldn’t fix because it looked like i had done it myself which wa the dashboard started cracking due to weather.
