I was told 2. 5 hours and it took 4.5 hours FOR AN OIL CHANGE! That should never take that long. I was also treated rudely by Frey. I was told I need a spark plug change, but I took it to a garage and the mechanics there (who I trust) told me I don't need new spark plugs. The dealership was dirty, the service was bad, and the wait time was out of control. More
