Taylor Francis made the difference. Our car wouldnt start while we were out of town. We suspected the battery but the system message had us a bit worried. After we got it jumped, the Check Engine light came on and stayed on. We were nervous about that so instead of just getting the battery teated to get a new one, we took it to the dealer. Taylor did a great job of explaining the issues and options. The technician replaced the battery quickly. The price was quite competitive with a better warranty. Thank you! More
