It took me almost 8 hrs. waiting for my car. Also, more than 30 minutes wait to finalize my papers. I was ahead waiting to finish my transaction, then one customer came, he t waiting for my car. No problems with the service itself as I came in for a routine oil change. I had an appointment at 8 AM and arrived at 8:10 and did not leave until almost 10:30. I had to ask the front desk for an update after an hour of waiting with no update if the service was even started. I was told by the tech at 9:45 that the service had not been started and it would take another 20 to 30 minutes to be completed. I’m not sure if I was pushed back on the schedule due to being 10 minutes late however that was not communicated to me and I waited for a long time. Typically, the entire service for an oil change is done within an hour, and I have more communication with the tech in the process. The tech did apologize for the wait time and it seemed like the service center was very busy that morning. More
