The service person was very polite. For some reason I was sent two emails with different times for my appointment. One was early morning and the other at 2pm. I actually arrived around 11am and the employee who helped me got my van right in for its maintenance. I drove past Wesley Chapel Toyota because my last 2 experiences with that dealership were not good. I will continue to go to Toyota of Tampa Bay as each time I go there I get excellent customer service. More
