I called Toyota before I came up there to make sure my tire services were covered and the woman who made my appointment said it was definitely covered. Then when I get there, I make sure with the guy who’ tire services were covered and the woman who made my appointment said it was definitely covered. Then when I get there, I make sure with the guy who’s helping me as well, and tell him I have the insurance and want to make sure it’s covered. Derrick, the guy who helped me tells me yeah we’re just waiting for the approval to come back but we’re gonna get started, and never tells me how much it’s gonna cost if they don’t approve it or why they wouldn’t approve it.
