It's ironic that some people don't feel they can use their dealers that it will be too expensive when it comes to service. They probably don't have a history and don't really have a relationship with the staff. This is where trust is developed and having years of knowing the people who attend you on staff. I moved many years ago from Stadium to Tampa Bay of Toyota and Norman has made it possible for me to have that complete trust. When I have purchased a new vehicle with Tampa Bay of Toyota I've always been attended by Micki I remember when I bought my RAV4 I was thinking more of just getting another Corolla but Micki and my service man saw what bad arthritis I have and explain to me in a higher writing vehicle I could get in and out much more comfortably.
